Prayers and acts of reparation to our Lord in His Holy Face are needed now more than ever! This is best performed during a Holy Hour of Adoration.
The best form of reparation is Eucharistic Adoration.
If someone you love is hurt, you spend time with them.
Honour the Holy Face of Jesus with acts of Adoration face to Face.
DISPLAY AN IMAGE OF THE HOLY FACE IN PUBLIC
We must bear witness to our faith in public.
We can display an image of the Holy Face on our front door, in our car or at our workplace.
We have allowed God to be rejected from society.
We have allowed prayer to be banned in public schools.
We have neglected prayer and the reading of the Holy Bible in our homes.
We allowed the banning of bibles and crucifixes from our institutions.
God’s graces have been shut out of the very places where they are needed the most; school, hospitals, universities etc.
Mankind has mostly rejected the Lord’s commandment to keep Sunday holy, by attending Holy Mass. Society now treats Sunday like any other day. Society prefers shopping or sports games rather than obeying their Creator by going to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
Pope Benedict XVI once decried that “We are building a dictatorship of relativism that does not recognize anything as definitive and whose ultimate goal consists solely of one’s own ego and desires.”
Have you ever noticed how many such abusive comments come especially from those considered most sophisticated in our society? We’ve also seen television shows and movies that attempt to strip away Christ’s Divinity and His Dignity, much as those who jeered Him during His Passion.
And how many people only say Jesus’ Name when they drop a jar of pickles on the floor, or see or experience something unexpectedly disagreeable, for example!
Reparation to the Holy Face was revealed by Jesus to be the highest form of devotion and defines it as “allied to the great Redemption and as the most noble and necessary work of our times.”
Jesus stated that “the Holy Face Devotion emanates from that of His Sacred Heart, the one contemplating the other.”
Christ revealed this devotion as the sole means of appeasing His Father as well as: “the greatest consolation to the Sacred and (Immaculate) Hearts.” and “the most beautiful work under the sun.”
Father Carney, who wrote Secrets of the Holy Face, states that Our Lady is pointing her children to the Holy Face of Jesus. It was through her that our Redeemer was given. It will be through her that grace is given, for she is the Mediatrix of all grace. We must become imitators of the Blessed Virgin Mary because, in the end, her Immaculate Heart will triumph. Total consecration and slavery to Mary helps us contemplate the Holy Face of Jesus as she did at His birth, life, death, resurrection, and ascension.
We need to make reparation for blasphemy and profanation of Sundays to Oue Lord, but we also need to make reparation for the five blasphemies against the Blessed Virgin Mary:
- Denying her immaculate conception.
- Denying her perpetual virginity.
- Denying her divine maternity.
- Fostering contempt of the Blessed Virgin in children.
- Smashing and destroying her holy images.
